WHILE YOU DO IT?​

These one to one sessions take place across Southwark Borough and Lewisham Borough and are designed for dogs who can work in public environments with the right level of support.

​​

They are ideal for owners who are ready to take their training into the real world but want guidance, reassurance, and experienced oversight while doing so.

​

This is a calmer, hands on alternative to intensive training. The focus is on practising skills in everyday public spaces, building confidence and clarity rather than working at high intensity or in tightly controlled settings.

What these sessions offer:

• 1 hour one to one training session in a public environment

• Practical, hands on guidance throughout

• Support applying existing training to real world situations

• Focus on regulation, confidence, and handler support

• A steady pace with time for questions and reassurance

 

This work is about building confidence and competence together, without pushing dogs or owners beyond what feels safe or manageable.

Important suitability note:

These sessions are not appropriate for every dog. Some dogs need quieter or more controlled environments before working in public spaces.

 

Where this is the case, alternative training options can be discussed. Suitability is always assessed in advance, and I will be open and honest if a different approach would better support you and your dog.
